• Spamming, solicitation, or promotion of outside products or services without authorization

• Impersonation, deception, or fraud

• Circumventing moderation tools or disrupting communities

• Promoting or organizing illegal activity, including violence or drug use

• Knowingly spreading false or harmful information

APPEALS & MODERATOR REVIEW

Members whose accounts have been suspended or terminated may request a one-time review by submitting an appeal to the moderation team. The Society will review the request and provide a decision within a reasonable timeframe. However, repeated violations or egregious misconduct may not be eligible for appeal.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and materials on SocialSafety.ca are the intellectual property of the Society, unless otherwise specified.
• Members may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.
