We take the safety, privacy, and dignity of our community seriously. Any behavior that violates the spirit or letter of our values may result in immediate removal.
Grounds for Immediate Termination Include (but are not limited to):

Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward any member

Uploading or distributing pornography, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence

Spamming, solicitation, or promotion of outside products or services without authorization

Attempting to probe, breach, or compromise platform security

Circumventing moderation tools or disrupting communities

Promoting or organizing illegal activity, including violence or drug use

Knowingly spreading false or harmful information
The Society reserves sole discretion in determining violations. Decisions may include full account deletion, content removal, and IP-level access restrictions.
APPEALS & MODERATOR REVIEW
Members whose accounts have been suspended or terminated may request a one-time review by submitting an appeal to the moderation team. The Society will review the request and provide a decision within a reasonable timeframe. However, repeated violations or egregious misconduct may not be eligible for appeal.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and materials on SocialSafety.ca are the intellectual property of the Society, unless otherwise specified.
- Members may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.
11. External Links
- SocialSafety.ca may include links to third-party websites.
- We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of external sites.
12. Amendments to Terms
- These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.
- Continued use of SocialSafety.ca after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
